-Checkout Stress Free. By paying the rental cost plus a booking deposit, you can get ready to wear your outfit stress-free!

-Optional Try-on. When you’ve booked your dress/hat you will be given a code which will allow you to book your try-on instore in our premise in Ballymount Fashion City. 

-Delivery- Your dreamy dress/hat will be delivered to you on or before the first day of your rental start date. (Please ensure you book your start date at least one day before your ‘special’ event)

-Look Fabulous…. Feel Fabulous! Wear your dress/hat 

-Return- By using our pre-paid returns label you will return the item to your nearest x .No cleaning is necessary.

-Check your balance- when the returned item passes our inspection, you will receive your booking deposit back to your account! 

Repeat- knowing you are saving yourself and our planet…. you can repeat the process for your next big occasion guilt free!

Yes, you will be able to try the dress on in our showroom in Ballymount however, first, we encourage you to book the dress you want for the particular dates you need for. This secures the dress/hat without disappointment. When you have done this and you wish to avail of a try-on you will be given a code which you will use to book a ‘try-on’ slot. This means you won’t loose out on your dress prior to waiting on a ‘try-on’ appointment.

If you aren’t happy with your chosen dress at the ‘try-on’ appointment, you may browse through our collection of other available dress. If then, you still aren’t satisfied we will give you a full refund minus your ‘try-on’ fee of fifteen euro. 

Is there a cost to try-on?

There is no cost to try-on your item as it’s included in your rental fee however, if you aren’t satisfied with that particular dress in the try-on appointment you will receive a full refund minus our 20 euro try-on fee.

We offer a 4 day or 8 day rental service.

To allow you enjoy your time in your dress without the worry of damaging it-  we have a booking deposit in place. 

This means, if the damage of the item is repairable i.e. zip, buttons, stain etc you will be covered for repair. If damages/loss of an item go beyond the 50 euro deposit fee, you will be liable for half the rrp of the dress/garment/hat.

If the dress/garment/hat is received back to us and passes our inspection we will issue you a full deposit refund.

Yes, if you are renting both a dress and a hat for an event, we offer a 10% discount on both.

No try-on appointments are not necessary. We aim to be quite informative by explaining if a dress is true to size, small fitting or more generous fitting. However, we want to offer you the best possible service so if you wish to avail of a ‘try-on’ before your event we will offer this service.

If you cancel an order 7 days prior to being delivered, you will be offered a full credit note. If a rental cancellation is made within 7 days of the delivery due-date you will not receive any credit note as you will have prevented another potential customer from renting out this dress from us.

Once the item is shipped to you and we send you a tracking number, you will be liable for acceptance of delivery. 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a refund if the dress/garment doesn’t fit you.

Unfortunately, if a dress is too long for you but you still wish to wear it. It is not our responsibility if this becomes stained or damaged.
